Flag Raising Ceremony & Civic Reception

A public flag raising ceremony in Centenary Square will be followed by a civic reception with the Lord Mayor, Councillor Doreen Lee for invited guests at City Hall. Where awards for outstanding contributions will be presented to members of the Windrush generation.
